3.2.33 Released

RubyGems 3.2.33 includes deprecations, enhancements, bug fixes and documentation.
To update to the latest RubyGems you can run:
gem update --system

## Deprecations:
- Deprecate typo name. Pull request #5109 by nobu
## Enhancements:
