2.0.12 Released

RubyGems 2.0.12 includes a bug fix.
To update to the latest RubyGems you can run:
gem update --system
If you need to upgrade or downgrade please follow the how to upgrade/downgrade RubyGems instructions. To install RubyGems by hand see the Download RubyGems page.
Bug fixes:
- Proxy usernames and passwords are now escaped properly. Ruby Bug #8979 and patch by Masahiro Tomita, Issue #668 by Kouhei Sutou.
