2.6.10 Released

RubyGems 2.6.10 includes bug fixes.
To update to the latest RubyGems you can run:
gem update --system

Bug fixes:
- Fix
requirecalling the wronggemmethod when it is overridden. Pull request #1822 by Samuel Giddins.
