3.5.5 Released

RubyGems 3.5.5 includes enhancements, bug fixes and documentation.
To update to the latest RubyGems you can run:
gem update --system
To install RubyGems by hand see the Download RubyGems page.
## Enhancements:
- Installs bundler 2.5.5 as a default gem.
## Bug fixes:
- Fix

## Documentation:
- Use squiggly heredocs in
