2.7.4 Released

RubyGems 2.7.4 includes bug fixes.
To update to the latest RubyGems you can run:
gem update --system
If you need to upgrade or downgrade please follow the how to upgrade/downgrade RubyGems instructions. To install RubyGems by hand see the Download RubyGems page.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed leaked FDs. Pull request #2127 by Nobuyoshi Nakada.
- Avoid to warnings about gemspec loadings in rubygems tests. Pull request #2125 by SHIBATA Hiroshi.
- Fix updater with rubygems-2.7.3 Pull request #2124 by SHIBATA Hiroshi.
- Handle environment that does not have
flocksystem call. Pull request #2107 by SHIBATA Hiroshi.
